"The office of myriad mistakes. I've been with State Farm for yearsss, 8 policies total. This office constantly sends out notices, in error, informing you of returned payments but are referencing someone else's account, my payments have always been on autopay by the way. Representatives Vickie and Alex are complete jokes. Vickie once had the nerve to tell me that "every time I call, it's always a problem." Well, obviously! Otherwise, why the heck would I need to call? My mother initiated a life insurance policy for my daughter about 10 years ago which I've since taken over for the past 6 years, including sending in the correct paper work to update the policy as such. We've both called numerous times to have the policy details updated, needless to say, the policy still lists my mother as the owner but I am footing the bill. The final straw was made this month when I called in on July 16th and notified Alex that both my car policies should be cancelled effective immediately. Fast forward to July 30th and there's a $600 charge on my credit card, causing it to go over the limit, because Alex neglected to follow through with her JOB and actually cancel the policies. Called in this morning, spoke with smokey, whispering voice Vickie who acknowledged that Alex clearly forgot to cancel. Now, I must await a CHECK refund for something that was paid by credit card, which will take weeks. In the meantime, I must cover the cost of their mistake to prevent any bad business relationship from happening with my bank. I've stayed with SF for so long just because switching insurance companies always seems daunting is is such a hassle to shop around. This time around, it will just have to be on my list of things to do. Simple synopsis, RUN. Find another agent!!"
